The date for the game is April 21 and the RFEF has now confirmed that the venue would be the Wanda Metropolitano.
A statement from the RFEF read: “After the meeting on February 12 it was agreed that the Metropolitano stadium will host the Copa del Rey final on April 21 between Barcelona and Sevilla.
“It will be the first final at Atletico’s stadium, a spectacular to place to enjoy Spanish football’s big party. The stadium has 67, 829 seats and will also be the host of the Champions League final in 2018-19.
“It was inaugurated on September 16, 2017, with Atletico Madrid vs Malaga.”
Both teams have only met once in the finals of the Spanish Cup and it was in the 2015/16 season.
The game took place at the Vincente Calderon stadium and Sevilla were left heart-broken after extra-time goals from Jordi Alba and Neymar earned Barca a 2-0 victory.
