Gary Cahill reveals the toughest Premier League attacker every defender should fear this season
Gary Cahill may be 31, but he remains an important part of the Chelsea defence.
The Blues are on fire this season as they have opened a massive 10 points lead at the top. And in the 27 league games Cahill has played, they have won 21 with just 3 loses.
Tasked to stop the fiercest strikers, he has still managed to score three goals for Chelsea. In an interview with talkSPORT, the Englishman spoke on his season so far and called Harry Kane a ‘very dangerous striker’.
Kane has been brilliant for Tottenham Hotspur netting two hat-tricks in his last four outings. And with a goal tally of 24 in all competitions, he truly is a nightmare for defenders.

Speaking on the 23-year-old attacker, Cahill told talkSPORT: “The forwards in this league you have to be very wary of and Harry Kane is definitely up there.
“I have trained with him and his finishing is incredible.
“I think you forget how young he is, it is incredible really.
“I think he has proven over the last few seasons consistently playing and producing the goals, he is a great finisher.”
Cahill added: “He’s a very dangerous striker. But the likes [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic and [Sergio] Aguero are guys who are top, top players, guys you have to look out for.”
