Messi’s description of his second son is really hard to believe
Lionel Messi and Barcelona have surpassed their tough Champions League group and are into the next round of the Champions League as group leaders.
With some time on his hands, Messi granted an interview to TyC Sport where he spoke about his two sons, Thiago and Mateo.
Thiago is the eldest and aged 5, while Mateo is the youngest and just two years.
Messi explained the completely different personalities of the two boy.
“Thiago is a phenomenon, he’s good and better behaved, Mateo is the opposite,” he explained to TyC Sports.
“Mateo is terrible; he’s a character, a son of a bitch.
“It’s nice to see how different they are from each other.”
Leo really said “Hijo de puta”. I didn’t translate it “wrong”. pic.twitter.com/pTStvTqT4P

Mesis also spoke on his two starts from the bench in the Champions League against Juventus and Sporting CP.
“I have learned that the season is long, that there are times which are harder than others because the years fly by and now my body pays the price for playing in so many matches,” Messi admitted.
“I realised that sometimes not playing is for the best.”
